Gizlilik Politikası

Bu Gizlilik Politikası; oce studio (“oce studio”, “biz”) tarafından geliştirilen ve App Store, Google Play veya web üzerinden sunulan mobil uygulamalar, web uygulamaları ve oce.systems web sitesi (birlikte “Hizmetler”) için geçerlidir. Hizmetlerimizi kullanırken hangi bilgilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve haklarınızı açıklar. Bu politika, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında aydınlatma metni niteliğindedir ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) ilkeleri gözetilerek hazırlanmıştır.

Kısaca: Verilerinizi satmayız. Reklam amaçlı takip yapmayız. Yalnızca Hizmetin çalışması için gereken veriyi toplarız; mümkün olduğunda verileriniz cihazınızda kalır. Hesabınızı ve verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.

2. Topladığımız bilgiler

Bize doğrudan verdiğiniz bilgiler

Hesap bilgileri: Hesap oluşturduğunuzda ad, e-posta adresi ve şifre (şifreler yalnızca şifrelenmiş/özetlenmiş olarak saklanır). “Apple ile Giriş” kullanırsanız Apple’ın bizimle paylaştığı ad ve (gizlenmiş olabilecek) e-posta adresi.
Kullanıcı içeriği: Uygulamaya eklediğiniz belgeler, fotoğraflar, notlar, kayıtlar ve benzeri içerikler. Bu içerikler yalnızca size Hizmeti sunmak için işlenir.
İletişim ve destek: Bize e-posta veya iletişim formu ile ulaştığınızda paylaştığınız ad, e-posta, mesaj ve proje bilgileri.

Otomatik olarak toplanan bilgiler

Teknik ve tanılama verileri: Cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü, çökme raporları ve performans verileri. Bu veriler hataları gidermek ve Hizmeti iyileştirmek için kullanılır ve sizi kişisel olarak tanımlamak için kullanılmaz.
Sunucu kayıtları: Web sitemizi veya API’lerimizi kullandığınızda IP adresi, tarih/saat ve istek bilgileri güvenlik amacıyla sınırlı süre tutulur.

Cihaz izinleri

Bazı özellikler kamera, fotoğraf arşivi, bildirimler veya konum gibi cihaz izinleri gerektirebilir. Bu izinler yalnızca ilgili özelliği kullandığınızda istenir, yalnızca o özellik için kullanılır ve cihaz ayarlarınızdan istediğiniz zaman geri alınabilir. Kamera ile taranan belgeler ve fotoğraflar, siz senkronizasyonu açmadıkça cihazınızda işlenir.

Ödemeler

Uygulama içi satın alma ve abonelikler Apple (App Store) veya Google (Google Play) tarafından işlenir. Kart bilgilerinize erişmeyiz; yalnızca aboneliğinizin durumunu doğrulamak için gerekli işlem bilgilerini alırız.

3. Bilgileri nasıl kullanırız

Hizmeti sunmak, hesabınızı yönetmek ve içeriklerinizi cihazlarınız arasında eşitlemek,
Abonelik ve satın alımları doğrulamak,
Destek taleplerinize yanıt vermek ve sizinle Hizmet hakkında iletişim kurmak,
Hataları gidermek, güvenliği sağlamak, kötüye kullanımı önlemek,
Yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek.

Hukuki sebepler (KVKK m.5 / GDPR m.6): sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası, hukuki yükümlülük, meşru menfaat (güvenlik, hata giderme) ve gerektiğinde açık rızanız.

4. Yapay zekâ özellikleri

Bazı Hizmetlerde yapay zekâ destekli özellikler bulunur (ör. belge sınıflandırma, metin çıkarma, öneriler). Mümkün olduğunda bu işlemler cihaz üzerinde yapılır. Bulut tabanlı bir yapay zekâ servisi kullanıldığında yalnızca ilgili özelliği çalıştırmak için gereken içerik, şifreli bağlantı ile gönderilir. İçeriklerinizi kendi modellerimizi eğitmek için kullanmayız ve hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın da bu içeriği model eğitimi için kullanmasına izin vermeyiz.

5. Takip ve reklam

Uygulamalarımız sizi diğer şirketlerin uygulama ve web sitelerinde takip etmez, reklam tanımlayıcısına (IDFA) erişmez ve kişisel verilerinizi veri aracılarıyla paylaşmaz. Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız.

6. Paylaşım ve hizmet sağlayıcılar

Verilerinizi yalnızca Hizmeti sunmak için gerekli olduğu ölçüde, sözleşmeyle bağlı hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşırız:

Barındırma, veritabanı ve kimlik doğrulama (ör. Supabase ve bulut sunucu sağlayıcıları),
E-posta gönderimi (ör. Resend — iletişim formu ve hesap e-postaları),
Ödeme ve abonelik (Apple App Store, Google Play),
Çökme ve tanılama raporları (Apple’ın sağladığı araçlar veya eşdeğerleri),
Yapay zekâ işleme (ilgili özellik bulut gerektiriyorsa).

Ayrıca yasal zorunluluk, mahkeme kararı veya haklarımızın korunması gerektiğinde yetkili makamlarla paylaşabiliriz.

7. Yurt dışına aktarım

Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın sunucuları Türkiye dışında (ör. AB veya ABD) bulunabilir. Bu durumda verileriniz, KVKK m.9 ve GDPR’a uygun güvencelerle (standart sözleşmeler ve gerektiğinde açık rızanız) aktarılır.

8. Saklama süresi

Verilerinizi hesabınız açık olduğu sürece veya Hizmeti sunmak için gerekli olduğu süre boyunca saklarız. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde kişisel verileriniz ve içerikleriniz 30 gün içinde sistemlerimizden silinir veya anonim hale getirilir; yedeklerdeki kopyalar en geç 90 gün içinde ortadan kalkar. Yasal olarak saklamamız gereken kayıtlar (ör. fatura bilgileri) ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen süre kadar tutulur.

9. Hesap ve veri silme

Hesabınızı uygulama içinden Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil adımlarıyla silebilir ya da merhaba@oce.studio adresine hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden yazarak silme talep edebilirsiniz. Hesabı silmek aktif aboneliğinizi iptal etmez; aboneliğinizi App Store veya Google Play ayarlarınızdan ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekir.

10. Güvenlik

Verileriniz aktarım sırasında TLS ile şifrelenir, sunucularda erişim kontrolü ve şifreleme ile korunur. Hiçbir sistem %100 güvenli olmasa da verilerinizi korumak için sektör standardı önlemleri uygularız.

11. Çocukların gizliliği

Hizmetlerimiz 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaştaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Böyle bir veri topladığımızı fark edersek derhal sileriz.

12. Haklarınız

KVKK m.11 ve GDPR kapsamında; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama veya itiraz etme, verilerinizin bir kopyasını alma (taşınabilirlik), açık rızanızı geri çekme ve zarara uğramanız halinde tazminat talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi merhaba@oce.studio adresine iletebilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Ayrıca Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na veya bulunduğunuz ülkedeki veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

13. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde veya e-posta ile bildiririz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile apps, web apps and the oce.systems website (together, the “Services”) developed by oce studio (“oce studio”, “we”, “us”) and distributed through the App Store, Google Play or the web. It explains what information we collect when you use the Services, how we use it, and your rights. It is written to comply with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In short: We don’t sell your data. We don’t track you for advertising. We only collect what the Service needs to work, and where possible your data stays on your device. You can delete your account and data at any time.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account information: name, email address and password when you create an account (passwords are only stored hashed). If you use Sign in with Apple, the name and (possibly relayed) email address Apple shares with us.
User content: documents, photos, notes, records and similar content you add to an app. This content is processed only to provide the Service to you.
Contact and support: the name, email, message and project details you share when you email us or use our contact form.

Information collected automatically

Technical and diagnostic data: device model, OS version, app version, crash reports and performance data. This is used to fix bugs and improve the Service and is not used to identify you personally.
Server logs: when you use our website or APIs, IP address, timestamp and request details are kept for a limited time for security purposes.

Device permissions

Some features may need device permissions such as camera, photo library, notifications or location. These are requested only when you use the related feature, used only for that feature, and can be revoked at any time in your device settings. Documents and photos captured with the camera are processed on your device unless you turn on sync.

Payments

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your card details; we only receive the transaction information needed to verify your subscription status.

3. How we use information

to provide the Service, manage your account and sync your content across your devices;
to verify subscriptions and purchases;
to respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service;
to fix bugs, keep the Service secure and prevent abuse;
to comply with legal obligations.

Legal bases (KVKK Art. 5 / GDPR Art. 6): performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests (security, debugging) and, where required, your consent.

4. AI features

Some Services include AI-powered features (e.g. document classification, text extraction, suggestions). Where possible, this processing happens on your device. When a cloud AI service is used, only the content needed to run that feature is sent over an encrypted connection. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not allow our service providers to use it for model training.

5. Tracking and advertising

Our apps do not track you across other companies’ apps and websites, do not access the advertising identifier (IDFA), and do not share your personal data with data brokers. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Sharing and service providers

We share data only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, with service providers bound by contract:

Hosting, database and authentication (e.g. Supabase and cloud hosting providers);
Email delivery (e.g. Resend — contact form and account emails);
Payments and subscriptions (Apple App Store, Google Play);
Crash and diagnostic reporting (tools provided by Apple or equivalents);
AI processing (where a feature requires the cloud).

We may also disclose information to competent authorities where required by law or court order, or to protect our rights.

7. International transfers

Our service providers’ servers may be located outside Türkiye (e.g. in the EU or US). In that case your data is transferred with safeguards in line with KVKK Art. 9 and the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and, where required, your consent).

8. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, your personal data and content are deleted or anonymised within 30 days, and copies in backups expire within 90 days. Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices) are retained for the period required by law.

9. Account and data deletion

You can delete your account in the app via Settings → Account → Delete account, or request deletion by emailing merhaba@oce.studio from the email address registered to your account. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; please cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play settings.

10. Security

Your data is encrypted in transit with TLS and protected on our servers with access controls and encryption. No system is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard measures to protect your data.

11. Children’s privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.

12. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and the GDPR, you have the right to know whether your data is processed, to access it, to rectify or erase it, to restrict or object to processing, to receive a copy of it (portability), to withdraw consent, and to claim compensation for damages. Send requests to merhaba@oce.studio; we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local data protection authority.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email. The current version is always published on this page.
